Naruto has sage chakra, kyuubi chakra, his own chakra and natural chakra. He's also got dual rasengan (which he can now throw) and rasenshuriken (which he can also throw which then expands to damage a wider area), not to mention that he's been taught how to fully utilise his Kage Bunshin jutsu, and he can summon (which Sasuke can't) and there are his frog katas and the transformation jutsu he can do with Frog Boss Gamabunta. I reckon he'll win...

yeah, i've only just caught up lol. i wish pein didn't have to die, but I suppose it was a key part of the plot. he so could've had a better death... i dont think everyone shouldve come back. it kind of destroyed a lot of meaning in naruto learning about war and pain... cant believe danzo's the 6th hokage... hate him... lol yeah i reckon!! cant wait to see how people in konoha respond to him coming back lol
