If you don't mind poor video quality you can use this online converter to change your .avi to .swf www.office-converter.com/AVI-t… easy peasy. =]
But I have yet to find an easy way to keep the visual quality. I've been using one program to make my files .flv and then making them .swf in Flash. It's a bit of a pain though. =/
.swf can only be uploaded to the Flash category also which is sorta meh. *shrugs*
