You can still get it though. I just got it on the 26th. You can get the code from the Club Nintendo website if you get enough points. It'll only take you 15 minutes tops.

There is a lot you can do on Flipnote. It seems simple at first, but with a bit of work, you can do a LOT.

I used Flipnote Studio 3D. It is a super good program but it's limited to only the 3DS and by code only if you have a North American one... It's sorta complicated. ^_^;;;
