First of all I really liked what you have there :3 And the choice of the animal, penguins are really cute I think xd
The contrast is very important for those kind of drawings as you know and in my opinion you really did a great job with it. Especially it's very obvious, the parts that are black and just dark. I also really liked how your lines are confident. The birds in the background and the penguin's nails are great details even though they look tiny. The air is very well-done with the smooth shade. And of course the clouds. I really liked how you put more shadow below them and make the above more highlighted.
But it cant be a constructive comment if I dont give suggestions right? :3 Firstly, even though I liked the clouds, without the line around them, they could have look better I think. Also the penguin's wing(?) could be a little bigger. Also its right foot looks like it's in the air. It's completely okay but if it is in the air, then there should be a shadow on the ground, cause it kinda confusing.
But overall it's cool! I hope you keep up great artwork :3 :3
