Special Report Within the Regime
Subject: Lone Wolf
"This is War Commander LK342085. For months we have been working to capture or terminate the individual known amongst the unchosen as ‘Lone Wolf.’ This individual has been found responsible for personally committing numerous hostile acts against the Regime and its allies. Resulting in the deaths of numerous personnel and the destruction of countless resources. Our efforts thus far have failed to reach the objective, and our investigations into his origins have yielded little data. What we do know is that he has built up a reputation amongst the unchosen as a ruthless mercenary and bounty hunter. Wiping out infestations of mutants and bandit clans on his own. Including ones that had been established as vital to our projects. While we do not have any conclusive evidence, it is suspected that he is as surviving member of the mercenary group known as the Wolf Pack. An organization with a history of hostility against the Regime, thought to have been wiped out at the Siege of Salt Lake City. A resent near capture also produced evidence that he may be an escaped slave from one of our designated reformation institutes. More specifically one that was reported destroyed in a riot shortly before Lone Wolf began to appear on radar. On a side note, if he was indeed a slave he may have been one of the ones designated as a gladiator. Reports from agents in the field, though few in number, indicate that this Lone Wolf has survived numerous would-be-fatal injuries and overcome odds that our computers indicate as improbable. A more disturbing piece of intelligence that we have just acquired, has confirmed that Lone Wolf has just been endowed with our previously thought lost Project Beowulf. If this individual, who has already proven himself capable of near inhuman feats, has now also received the genetic enhancements of Project Beowulf I fear we- (Bang) (Bang) Huh!? What’s going on out there-...Oh god, it can’t be. It’s him! Wait! NO NO DON’T! (Rip) (Gurgling) (Thud)..."
