So this is a character I have been working on for quite some time now. He started out as an oc of mine for the Fallout universe. But recently I've decided to recreate a totally new version of him with his own story in his own universe. The overall quality came out much rougher than I initially hoped here. Mainly because I kept going back and changing details until I had a design I was satisfied with. So I might eventually go back and do a more refined drawing of him later. But for now I'm going to keep working on this, add in some sort of background. Let m know what you guys think in the comments section and feel free to add any ideas you might have.
