What you need to know before commissioning me

Props and details may rise the prices as it will require more work and time.
I will draw mostly anything except for porn and I will NOT draw the character in suggestive material if they are below the age of 18.
I don't always have time for stream commissions as I have projects and other things on the side, life and other obligations to tend to.
I will not send you high resolution previews during the process as a means of protection against art theft.
I post the pieces on different online platforms, if you have a reason for wanting me to refrain from doing so (Birthdays, events, announcements, personal reasons etc) then give me a head's up! And if you have a tag online, tell me if you want it to be anonymous or not when posted.
I’m sending a digital item to your email, it is not shippable by any means (Posters, pins, etc).
I will not start the commission until I’ve accepted your commission through email, given you an OK and received your payment.
I will ask for approval on every stage of the commission before moving forward. You will not receive a high resolution image until the final piece has been approved.

What I need from you
I will need your email address for payment through paypal, it's fine if you do not have an account but it's safer if you do so that I can send an invoice for both of our protection.
Reference sheets of the character(s), pose/colour/facial expression examples,
A notice on whether it's for an event such as a birthday so that I am able to get it done in time. (If there is a need for a deadline)
An understanding that things make take time due to life or other obligations getting in the way of work.

To commission me you simply send an email to nattajonsson97@gmail.com. I want a picture or a link for the reference(s) as well as a description of the character(s) in question (like their personality etc in case you want me to have full creative freedom with the piece), and if there’s any other details you want to discuss then feel free to talk to me about it. If you have questions feel free to message me on tumblr, deviantart, twitter or through email. I’ll be keeping in contact with you throughout the entire process. I can also be reached through Discord if asked about it.

Terms of Service
I have the right to upload the commission picture online on my different platforms, if due to a personal reason such as announcements, birthday gifts, etc, I can be asked to not do so. Otherwise, keep that in mind, if asked to stay anonymous I will not add a tag or link to your social media tag or add your name.
You are NOT allowed to distribute your commissioned pieces as physical products or sell it in any way shape or form. You have the right to print it for personal use as hanging it up or a wall and such, make a personal pin etc. Commercial use is absolutely not okay unless it has been discussed before the commission(s) has been accepted, I will take legal action immediately!
This is not a physical product and will not be sent through any postal services (It is not a shippable item). It is a digital art commission and will be treated as such. The buyer will receive the art piece through mail. If by chance the buyer want to cancel the commission they will have to send an email to nattajonsson97@gmail.com and inform me. However, if the cancellation request is sent after payment is received by me and work in progress pictureshave been sent through mail during the process of finishing the commission, the buyer will only receive 70-90% of their money back depending on the hours of work already put down and the tier of the commission. The commission may take time due to the slot queue, personal life, current work speed or life getting in the way in general, but the buyer will be kept informed. If the commission cannot be continued due to this and thus canceled, depending on how much work has been done, the buyer may receive 50% -100% of their money back, and If asked, they can receive the high resolution of the picture.
