Get better my friend. Bed rest is the best. Hydrate and take a tablespoon of honey in the mornings to help build up your resistance.

I have and, have pleasantly bounced back now. Now all I have to do is deal with the three biggest stresses in my life Fitness, Finance, and finding new employment.

Three great generators of I'll health. T.T

New employment? I’m sorry to hear that you’re out of work. If you can’t hit the gym, go for a 30 to 45 minute run/walk. The fresh air will definitely help.

Finance will sort itself out once you’ve gotten a job. Supposedly, the US has a strong job market.

Oh no no, not out of a job, just looking for a better one than what I currently have.

Going for a walk does so d quite nice, usually I hit up the gym for 30 mon of cardio - running, and then shift to free weights. I just need to step up my game a little in that department.

Currently I have been pulling down 70-80 hours of overtime each payperiod, but that is coming to an end in March. The horrors! The horror! D:

Ah, I see. Yes, getting a job that doesn’t make you do so much overtime is definitely a step up.

I’m currently very busy at work because the stock market is in such a tizzy and it’s tax time so we’re swamped with a lot of calls. No time to spend on writing, but lots of ideas are popping up.

Serves me right for letting my accounting degree gather dust, and instead going into security.

Alas, I would love to see your cliff note version of ideas if you fond the time though, I know I have a growing desk of my own. >.<

And they also have taken over the top of my microwave by the door too. Their spreading! Their spreading!

JKnight97 In reply to Code-Shark [2020-03-01 01:25:00 +0000 UTC]

The only way for those notes to stop spreading is to write out the story.

I’m in the midst of preparing the cliff notes and then I’ll share it with you via Google Docs.

That's just it, I have several short stories already screaming for my attention, and if I don't write them down then they slip away. >.< must write faster....

Very good, I shall keep an eye on my email then.

Trying, trying.

The most difficult thing about getting sick is missing work. Get sick more than once in a ninety day period and the management starts getting unhappy. Alas, only sixty days have passed sense I last got ill. This is what bothers me the most.

And throw in the fun little factor of the Corona Virus rolling around. So there is always the fun idea of is it a cold or the virus. >.<

The flu has no respect for HR!!

Type B influenza is going around and the flu shot missed that one going with A.

Watch for secondary infection especially if it gets deep in the chest.

We are on corona watch too. Daily cleanings and lots of distance from icky folks. Especially those disease ridden kiddos!!πŸ€’

So very true, and HR seems to have no respect for those who are suffering from the flu.

Be silent cog, and get back to your post, the great machine must never stop running! Oh and don't get anyone else sick.

Oh boy, got to love it when vaccinations miss the one you need.

Kids are the worst, they are like little rotating torments of sickness. >.<

I am on my way back, the worst was two days ago, and the second worst was when I thought I was well enough to go to fitness training.

Yeah... that was a mistake. >.<

It looks bad when you are about to start explosively vomiting in the middle of a bench press set. T.T

Stay out of the gym for a few days!!
Bodies got to recover from the alien attack.

I have been on a week break from training to keep from being sick.
Stressing the body can cause weakness which may let an infection get hold.
I’ll be back on the program next week. Maintenance workout till the flu season drifts off then start pushing.

Vertical vomiting ehhhh??
Been there and done that.......a fountain of puke!!
Eyuk!!!

Yeah, it was less than pleasant sensation. And probably a good idea, it feels so odd though being this weak. Even a simple task that would normally not even phase me now gives me pause.
