Its a set of 10 stations that last 60 seconds and in that time you want to get as many reps done as possible. They recommend to rest between 30 and 15 seconds between each station, and rest for 2 minutes when you get done. The stations are, Goblet squats, Mountain Climber, Dumbbell Swing, T-Push Up, Split Jump, Hanging Dumbbell Row, Dumbbell Side Lunge, Push Up Row, Dumbbell Lunge and Rotation, and lastly, Push Press. Its pretty hard.
If she wants a buddy to do it with her, I wouldn't mind.
