Another snipit from Linda's past, in an effort to curb her genetic issues she had gone back in for a potential cure. Which did work, be it left handedly, and left her less than two inches tall.Fortunately, she was able to plead a job as a dental assistant despite her small stature.

'Of course I do.' Linda hefts the mirror with all her might, it teeters as she begins to stagger over to you, nearly tripping over the log sized instruments. 'I - trained...for...two...years...'

Holding the mirror precariously before her she jumps from the table as to walk up your chest. 'Now stop complaining and say 'Aaaaaaahhh!'

Setting the mirror down on your lower lip, Linda ducks and crawls into your mouth, little fingers tug and wiggle on your teeth. 'Well at least you seem to have been flossing. Now lets see...' Little feet move over you tongue.

With a great deal of effort Linda drags the mirror into your mouth with her. 'So, have you been using mouthwash?' She asks still standing on your tongue.

'Mmmmmm...' pokes inside your mouth a little more. 'Good, that means I don't have to drill anything.'

That makes Linda laugh who is now examining the lower row of your teeth. 'Okay, one last endeavor, I just need you to recite the alphabet - backwards.'

Laughing it is just to much for Linda. 'Okay, okay... I think I have tortured you enough.' Crawling out of your mouth, she drops down to your chest. 'Well, I think there is little more I can do here.'

She is small enough, so she tends to notice details - in particular when she is standing one one's tongue. ;D

Well, the human mouth is a...gross... place, to have to work. Usually she tries to just pass the instruments for the dentist to do the actual picking and scraping. It is just a lot safer for her that way.

'But - but - but how am I supposed to look for cavities!' Linda protests. 'Would you like it better if I stand on your tongue?'

Looking a little put out, Linda puts down the hand took and places her hands on her hips. 'Well, I so happen to be a dental assistant, not a dentist. So ha!'

Still looking determined, and a little bit peeved, Linda fixes her gaze on your own. Then without warning she announces 'We'll see about that!' And running off the tray table, she jumps on your chin and promptly grabs your lower lip and begins to pull. 'Open! Open! Open!'

'I- am - saving - you -from - cavities!' She manages with each word and now putting her back into it, begins to try and part your lips with extream vigorously

I try to pick her up with extreeme care

Fortunately you manage to grasp the edge of her purple uniform and are able to pull her off without to much effort. Linda does her best to counter your efforts by swatting at your fingers and grabbing onto your nose as you lift her into the air.
Now, suspended un midair, she only folds her arms and grudgingly admits defeat. 'Okay, you have me - so what are you going to do with me?'
Her eyes flash to the dental wash station and sink before returning to lock with your own.

Folding her arms she gives you a patent look reserved for dealing with the big folk. 'Fine. No dentistry then.'

Hesitating Linda gives you the look.
'Fine, no drilling today.'
And then lets go of the extension mirror which clatters onto the tray below her.
'It's hardly an instrument of torture.'Β

Smiling, she looks up at you. 'The Naciremas though that it was an honor to have their teeth drilled by the Holy Mouth men. It was so ingrained in their culture that they would even bring their children to see the shaman for the right of teeth drilling.'

I can only imagine. O.o I recall a brief slit me and my elder sibling created, What not do do at the dentist.
The list included, talking about the film Jaws. Making any reference to the film Jaws, and above all else banning the reenactment of some of the more dramatic shark moments. ;D
