Ok Ill try to explain it the best I can and I am bad at explaining things lol. While looking at them scroll the page up and down. But not too fast. Keep your eyes on the photo while you do that . Look at the crows. Looks like they are moving side to side.

Hmmm when I scroll up and down... let's say there are 3 cm between every line of crows, but when I scroll down one step (if I use the mouse's wheel it moves by steps) the image moves down just 2 cm, so it doesn't produce the effect of one crow replacing the other, because they are out-of-step... if I use the slidebars instead it moves practically in real time, practically in 1 pixel lenth steps, so it's hard to see 2 different crows to match in the same spot of the screen producing any animation.... but then you said it's not an animation but just that they are moving... so I am not so sure of what you are seeing of strange! if I go to jersey and those birds don't move you better have a good cofee or something for me to compensate the trip! xD

I do... I see them moving up and down kinda fast xD but I can't see them as an animation, I think on your computer every row of crows overlays the one above/below when you scroll up/down, they match at the same coordinates of your screen; but on my screen they're like out-of-step, they move up and down in many very little steps, so it's hard to see the animation because it's most likely I see them just moving up and down.. aahh it's hard to explain xD If I ever visit New Jersey I'll make you show me on your screen! xD

can see it. Put your pointer in the middle of the page and just move it up and down like
one two dont keep scrolling. just go like back and forth and look at
the photo as you are doing that. Then you will see what appears like they are moving.
Its like they are looking to the left and then right. I wish I could show you on my computer.

Thats the way it is. Its like every crown is moving in their own spot
its like they are looking to one side then to the other side as you move
it. I wish you could see it lol. You see some movement there right.
