Description
I noticed a lot of hate on Team Skull, so as a sign of respect for them, I am going to make some fluffy headcanons for their leader, Guzma.
I am keeping this separate from the other Pokémon headcanons for now.
When the games come out, I will do the usual headcanons for him on the other list.
So here we go!

He is really insecure about a lot of things. He particularly feels like he is useless and terrible at everything he does. If he gets complimented on something he does well on, he freezes up and struggles to mutter thank you.

He cares about his team more than he initially lets on.

He can sing beautifully, but he denies it.

He is very ticklish, but he can keep quiet and keep a straight face without jerking away. You can ask him to let himself laugh, but it doesn't always work.

He has a soft spot for people in pain. He has an almost motherly instinct to his grunts, but he usually just has Plumeria act upon it so he can keep up his tough appearance.

He actually really respects Kukui, but he would never admit it. He almost has an inferiority complex with him.

When they are at their base, Guzma treats Gladion like his kid. He acts like the goofy dad or crazy uncle.
