【 FUERZA CONJUNTA ESPECIAL 】
Fuerza Conjunta Especial, FCE (Special Joint Force) is a Mexican special federal police.
Like B.O.S.S., they are specialized in handling and capturing Specials and any crimes
related to them. Before the Specials uprising, the FCE was trained to take down drug
cartels which are still infesting the country. They are equipped with the highest
equipment and weaponry in the country, and their agents are elites picked from both
the police force and the army. The drug cartels have been taken down one by one no
matter the cost, showing the force's effectiveness and ruthlessness.

Now, they will show the same effectiveness and ruthlessness to the Special criminals.
