Description
This is the final project for my architecture design class. It is a fire station located in Fresno California. This project is also a design competition that 3 schools are competing in, the project is required for my class for a grade, but submitting to the competition is optional. The class is a hand drawing only class so I will also be drawing this project the old fashioned way with pen and pencil, but any media is accepted in the competition so I will be submitting a version done in Maya 2010.

I worked on this project the entire day on Saturday, and until 4 this morning after I got home from work, I think I'm just about done. I added all the grass, designed the parking, went with an orange color scheme because it's a FIRE station (lol no sure what the judges will think about that) added some trees which I will probably move around a bit before the last render, put some road lines in, opened one of the apparatus bay doors, and I also put a plane in the background with a sky texture on it, bu I forgot to turn the reflectivity off lol.

Things left to do (maybe):
Add a fire truck in the driveway
Put some cars in the street
Add some peops
Refine and change textures a bit.

Moving on to the graphic presentation now, its due by 5pm on Tuesday so I wanna make sure I get it all on the two 20x30 foamcore boards.
