If you mean which program I used, it's Microsoft Paint.Β If you mean how I came up with it, I took the design of the grenade launcher on the weapons of the Clones in the original Clone Wars cartoon.Β Then I added it onto extant blaster designs, such as this E-11.

I'll sometimes do layouts with MS Paint and then detail with Painter Lite, but that's for landscapes mostly and I don't post many of those pictures here.Β There's something about the monotonous simplicity of pixel painting that I really dig.
