I never watched Guardians of the Galaxy, is Collector really this T H I C C or is this just a fan fetish BBM interpretation? (BBM stands for Big Beautiful Man, heh...never really see that much on the Most Popular page of DA)

Nah, this just an interpretation of him. However, he is kinda stocky/chubby in the movie. It's really obvious in some scenes/angles in the parts he's in in the movie.

I was wondering, 'cuz when I saw him in Infinity War, he looked like a skinny-to-average sized guy with a big-ass head (but don't all actors have big heads?

Oh yeah he lost some weight from what I can tell. It was very odd to see that for me since I'm so used to seeing
