I realize it may be the intention, but i feel its too mean looking for zoidy. However the detail on the claws is nicely done. In addition, the attention to individual fabric detail around the buttons does not go unnoticed and adds to the realism. I think with the mean eyes, you could have maybe had him screaming as well, with the tentacles behaving a little more dynamically rather than stiff and fixed.

Thank you for the comment, I agree with you that zoidberg does have a mean look about him. It was part of the design as he will be posed at some point in a surgery theatre screaming (as he does in the series) with medical instruments in hand. Thank you very much for the critic, it seems we are both thinking along the same lines.
