Description
Pixel art based on one of the backgrounds from Cloud Man's stage in Mega Man 7. I only used the NES colour palette, but I didn't follow any colour or sprite restrictions.(based on this screenshot: sta.sh/01434timsyhm)
I actually made this one last year some time, but I forgot to upload it.
