To anyone who has seen the Disney's Zootopia movie,

Some study sketches I've made recently so far for an Okapi character I like to create in the style of one of Zootopia' character artists Shiyoon Kim. www.shiyoonkim.com/

I haven't figured out a name for him yet, but so far my character in mind is that he's a newcomer to Zootopia. Like most Okapi, he is shy, hesitant but very kind, with a quiet yet deep voice and can also be brave to stand up for those he cares about. He is also very expressive of his feelings through his large ears, showing if he's happy, sad, mad or nervous without having to say much. Lastly, despite his shy demeanor, he can do a not unusual (for his species) but interesting trick with his long tongue, especially when a certain someone catches his heart (if you like to guess who).

This character would also be in honor of the Okapi Conservation Project. www.okapiconservation.org/
