- Lore Story:
Ryusei Hoshizora is a student of the Starshadow Order, a group of intergalactic ninjas dedicated to maintain peace throughout the universe. On the day of his classes graduation, he is attacked by the Black Hole Shogunate and is gifted by his master the ShinobiStar Driver and Ryusei StarCore and transforms into Kamen Rider Ryusei. Together with his class, he embarks on a mission to train with other masters across the universe to hone his rider powers and defeat the Shogunate.
