Description
A good long tittle for a piece I didnt know what ta call.planning to do a litho print of this in time. one other plate to finish then I'll be ready and done for the semester. 5 editions fir intaglio and 5 for lithography @u@
might put some of my printmaking prins up on etsy after class is over <3 just drop a comment if you'er interested . I'll post a journal / entry on here when I make an etsy ' u ' THANKS!!

I had printmaking last semester. Intaglio is so much fun; it has such a unique vibe to it in comparison to the other print methods.
Great drawing and chances are it will make a great print.

Mm, my first thought when viewing this was about Dante's Inferno... and the circle of Hell with the suicides on it, where the people have been transformed into trees, and their human bodies hang from their branches...
Anyway, lovely drawing. I love the linework, the figure, and the way the string moves around the composition.

I didn't read all of the comments, so someone could have suggested this... but I saw this and instantly thought of Daphne.
(Assuming, you aren't familiar with Greek/Roman mythology and Ovid...) Daphne was the nymph who was chased by Apollo and turned into a laurel tree to escape him. Perhaps that could be some inspiration for a title? :3
