Eastern Lion Silhouettes
Male East African lions are generally 2.5–3.0 metres (8.2–9.8 feet) long including the tail. Lionesses are generally smaller, at only 2.3–2.6 metres (7.5–8.5 feet). In weight, males are generally 145–205 kg (320–452 pounds), and females are 100–165 kg (220–364 pounds). Lions, male or female, have a shoulder height of 0.9–1.10 metres (3.0–3.6 feet)Source

Human
The human is 190 cm (75 in or 6'3"), just to show how big the lions would be against a human.

Kamau is a huge lion, at 423 kg (932 lb) and 126 cm (50 in) at the shoulder. He has a rare genetic defect, gigantism, causing him to be 16 cm taller and 218 kg heavier than most of the largest Eastern Lions. I base this knowledge off that the largest known lion (without gigantism) grew to be 375 kg in weight and was named Simba, he died in the early 1970's.

Kiro is an average sized lion at 204 kg (450 lb) and 106 cm (42 in), his large paws and thick mane make him look larger than he is.

Aket is a runt, being 86 kg (190 lb) and 78 cm (31 in). Her small size makes her look like an adolescent lioness compared to others.
