<333 Pff~ Trying to paint in PS is a b-... a lot of hard work. But so much fun!

And now- the only problem with the Whirl Islands- the tentacool ;A;

Vron regretted the choice the minute she made it. But she stuck by her word and dove down into the water, under a small gang of tentacool. They’d stumbled across the dozing water mon, huddled together, but stopped abruptly when they realised one of the pokemon was wearing three brightly coloured bands. One in particular, bright purple.

It was a delicate situation, and with no pokemon able to gently remove the bands without notice, Vron took the job, albeit a little nervously.

Forcing herself deeper, Vron peered up at the tentacool’s tentacles and reached as carefully as she could for it. As her lungs started to ache, Vron gently tugged on the band, careful not to touch the mon’s limbs, which she suspected would sting her.

But sadly, luck didn’t seem to be on her side, just as the band began to slip away from the tentacle, the tentacool above jerked away in a flurry of bubbles and wide eyes. Instantly it’s other limbs thrashed about, one striking Vron across her cheek. She gasped and choked on the sea water; yep, that definitely stung, and swam as quickly as she could away from the raging pokemon.

Hydra, sensing the danger, swept under the waves to meet her trainer half way and help Vron to Splash’s side before the tentacool could reach her. Spluttering and coughing, Vron tried to thank her dragonair, but could only gasp and cling at Splash and the small purple band.

Behind her the main tentacool rose up, followed by its little gang. It started to prepare a poison sting attack, but the others behind him hesitated. What he would realise later, after regaining consciousness, was that Hydra, despite her kindness, wouldn’t stand for an attack on her trainer, and flew into a rage that only a dragon could…
