Second in the my series of character designs... the outfit took me forever to piece together. I dunno, I'd wear it! Themis is also known as the Dream Weaver; he's got Arachnid blood, so he can walk the dream webs. He's an assassin who kills by ensnaring his victims in nightmares from which they can't escape, effectively starving them to death (so he doesn't have to get his hands messy). But if you tease him about wearing a dress, he won't hesitate to kick your ass.
