Description
This layout will fit a minimum 1024 x 768 screen. I have left out the graphic portions of the layout because I do not have them ready yet. But this will be the basic colours of the layout.I will post a more complete layout when I have it coded and ready to be posted to the website. That will include the placement of text, links, ect.
I apologize if the quality has been decreased in the WIP version. The final product will be cleaner.
