Description
A layout i did for my personal website. Although it turned out quite well, i abandoned it to start over from scratch with something completely different.This page had four color flavours to choose from: blue, red (shown), cyan and yellow. Every flavour featured a different photo on top.
I'll come up with a new design soon...

i try to avoid paying for hosting, domains and stuff. i'm afraid i've no idea where to get free .org domains. maybe you should try freecity, they're offering domains for a single small fee - so at least you won't have to pay monthly.
as far as hosting is concerned, the situation has improved dramatically troughout the past few years. all you need is a quick search on google and you'll find free php/sql-enables webspace galore.
as for minimalistic designs: wait till you see my new concept...

in the vacancies i'll start a web design for myself... but i'm not as talented as you
guess it will be very minimalistic... and a friend of mine will do the coding stuff for me.
do you know webspace, where you can get .org adresses for free ?!? or are you going
to pay for your website ?
