Generally labeled hearing rather than sound... I kinda like sound better for this setup
All-in-all I really like it minus one thing cuz you know there is always one thing
Personally I'm not too partial to the amount of color in the ear and hand... you see how with the nose and mouth the skin is virtually transparent but still has great definition of what they are and the hand and ear have enormous amounts of flesh color to them; I'd be curious to see what it would look like with either the hand and ear were more towards the b/w and the same opacity or just had a greater opacity to them. I only say this because the color in the left side far out weighs that in the right and is almost a distraction, my eyes tend to be drawn to focus on those two items rather than the image as a whole. --Just my thoughts

PS I love the nose, mouth, lips set it's awesome and nice job with the mascara
