My Friend told me something about Clefable and Gengar:

Clefable and Gengar are both part of the first 151 original Pokemon made with Genger coming up close to Clefable. Gengar is a Shadow Pokemon while Clefable is a Moon Pokemon, so Gengar is Clefable's shadow in moonlight. SO you can't use Stab attack on each other. Ever try to hit your own shadow?

Fun Fact: Did you know that Clefairy was originally supposed to be the Pokemon mascot instead of Pikachu.
