Yea I'm only throwing this picture and his other form up here on DevART because I feel bad for not uploading stuff.
Anyway, he's an OC for a fantasy RP I'm in. He's a dragon! ..Water dragon to be specific. This is his more human-esque form.
Super Special Awesome Tidbit: Despite the fact that his name is a pun for a 'siren', his first name is actually Rhen. 8D
