I actually like where the focus is, the hair behind the cheek like that. And I love the whiteness in the background. Sheet? Anyway, great job. I love the pics I've seen from this series.

That's really powerful, like the eyes make the shot, I think the expression seems like its in between nothing and something, or its about to change into something but hasn't got there yet, excellent work.

This is an excellent photograph with a lot of emotion put into it. I like almost everything about this, however the fuzziness around the face is somewhat annoying, as I feel personally the focus should be there, not on the hair to the right. That's just personal preference though. I really like the expression though, it's so... Candid, it looks frightened, yet ready, like a surprised fighter. The wet hair clumping together adds a nice counterpoint to the softer lines of the face, so in that sense I suppose the focus being on the hair works. I still think however that if the face were a little sharper, the photo would leap from the page, it's really quite a powerful shot. The action of the photo makes it a joy to look at, and certainly this is one of my favorite examples of raw photography, keep it up.

this photo was taken with my old camera and i never really got comfortable with that camera. i got it about as sharp as i could.
