That's funny. The other three main villains in the game are pretty intimidating, but in my opinion, Salazar sucks. I enjoyed killing him. I'm not really a fan of Leon either, but he should have locked Salazar (and Ashley) in a small cage filled with Regenerators. While that happened, Verdugo (the robed thing) would just stand by and laugh at him.
