Mr. Lookesy is a mystery to many people, where he came from who he is and what's name. A lot of people know very little about him. But what makes him a villain. Well Looksey's power is a little odd to say the least, He has what he calls Post vision meaning he can see you move before you move. No not like seeing the future, it works like this. If you are standing still Looksey would see a "post" image of you moving telling your next move. So when you do finally move you fall in line with the image he saw giving him time to react and counter. With this he is a very dangerous man, taking on many heroes. that can't figure out his power. He wears a blank featureless mask with the eyes covered by a very thin piece of fabric that is see through enough for his power to work. but also confuse his opponent on how he can fight with his eye covered.
