SpiritMan and Cosmic-Girl are the second couple in my universe, But they didn't like each other at first when they joined the Dragon after being Solo Heroes. SpiritMan disliked who Cosmic-Girl would use a talking method with every villain she faces even ones she's dealt with before and knows they can't be reasoned with. Along with her positive Nature always seeing a good in the most evil of people and getting tricked by them when they play the whole "I've changed" card on her making her lower her guard a lot. But Cosmic-Girl had her reasons for Disliking him too, He was too serious, and took his job as a "Spirit-holder" was too serious, along with having an attitude with a lot of people combined with showing little emotion as possible along with not being the best socializer . But he would sometimes try to lecture here a lot after Missions and she didn't take kindly to someone to talk down to her.
however, even though they have had their up's and downs, Alyssa (Comic-Girl) has had moments where she grew closer with him, being recruited as his partner has helpped. She learned more about his just as a "Spirit-Holder" and why he was so serious all the time. Its how he was raised, having to keep it a secret from everyone and trying to control his powers. So he never had a chance to be a kid or talk to a lot a people making him anti-social at times. But through the years they grew to like each other. Alyssa (Comic--Girl) teaching Derek (SpiritMan) to loosen up more, show a few emotions other then "resting mean face" and to be more open with people he feels he can trust. But Derek has taught her to be more careful, take her job with more responsibility with the medal she holds but also that sometimes you have to fight people, talking doesn't always work but Derek soon became the thing to help her calm down if she would go Bezek and lose control with her powers.
With everything they have taught each other, they sooner became a couple with a ship name of "Comic-Spirit" that Alyssa came up with, from the fan girl in her. They became a power couple and really love each other through and through, But you hurt one of them and the other would rip you in half.
