Description
This is a design for a book jacket for a fake book, which is my final for photoshop class. I left out the title and everything since it looks odd laying flat, so you can just see the design. And because this is a photoshop class, I did all of this painting in photoshop, which I haven't done before! But it was really fun and I got to know how to paint in photoshop a bit better. c:
And although it's a book jacket for a fake book, I did have a story in mind for this picture none the less. In short, the characters consist of several crew and the ship AI. The AI is the first of its kind to achieve sentience on its own, but hides this in fear of being rejected and shut down. However, he's really curious about humans and tries to interact with them without breaking disguise. Unless perhaps, if dire circumstances require it?
It's simple but it plays out cooler in my mind aha
