Personally, I am not a fan of the latest trend of portraying both Batsy and Supes as gigantic muscle-monsters with sixty-inch necks and chins that could split icebergs. You are not *supposed* to even start to guess that Clark and Bruce are these two caped wonders. Supes isn't strong because he has muscles piled on top of muscles; he's a space alien who benefits from being on a weaker planet with weaker folks. Bats is a fully-trained NINJA, not Juggernaut Jr. You want him to be stealthy and sneaky when he looks like he's training for the World Strongest Man contest? And these CHINS. When one of the most prominent features of a man's face is theΒ single thing his cowl DOES NOT CONCEAL, *that* is how you maintain a secret identity?

yeah thats true, i wouldnt say its the latest rend though. personally i like batman sleek and skinny and superman muscly but not to much (kinda like the new 52)Β
the chins is just ridiculous. i dont know why batman, the greatest detective of all decided not to conceal his mouth area :/
