yeah, every month there were DC and MARVEL titles that I considered my MUST BUYS and Detective Comics was definitely one of them lol

me too, and I preferΒ  the dark version, not the 60's tv show version, HAHA...once I thought I should check out the old black and white serial to see if it was kind of dark...OH MAN IT WAS HORRIBLE! I just laughed my ass off.Β  Yeah, I don't read comics today, they are terrible, all the art is computerized and standardized, no more John Buscema or Jack Kirby Rick Stenko...those days are gone. I feel bad for kids.
