Nice, I like how you mix the symplicity of the old NES boxart with the modern DS box. 
Onley critique, I think you should've put a "Mild cartoon violence" discriptor by the "E" rating on the back part of the cover. (Sence the box is blank.)
The ESRB would probilly put that on there, sence you shoot ducks in the game.

well I do have a DS Template I just Came up with this idea of Having a DS version of Duck Hunt XD and bring back the retro Classics right on the DS XD

I would love to play NES or SNES games on a DS, or some kind of portable system.
The DS screen's resolution is 256x192 pixals, while the NES's was 256x224 pixels wich is probilly why they haven't introduced the "Virtual Console" to the DSi's Wi-Fi downloads.

I'm starting to think that a DH remake would definitely be more suited for the DS, and maybe a Super Scope remake for the wii.
