Here we have a little callback to The Fugue, who we saw in earlier issues. Behind the fugue's tech was Calculator, which makes far more sense in my head than what the actual Burnside run gave us. So given The Fugue's abilities, it only seemed an angle to reserve that crazy fantasy science and have Calculator use it to open up a mind. Batgirl's head is a safe that needs cracking and this is how he'll do it... the loot being able to predict and map the future.

What he doesn't know is that The Oracle Files are near enough at their end, history has caught up and the Bats are once again flying blind.
