Yeah, that definitely looks like a Captain America I could see in some version of real life. I also like the mix of bright blue and dark blue in his costume, and if I wanted to get philosophical, I'd say it's the reflection of Captain America's old-school idealism clashing with the grittier realities of the modern world he's awakened in. In a way, the dark blue, representing those grimmer and grittier modern realities, works well because it makes the bright blue, representing Captain America's idealism and virtue, stand out even more, which is actually kind of the point, I think.

I agree with Redjoey1992...it looks similar to the costume he ended up with in the Captain America film (which I wish they had gone along with in The Avengers).
