Gotham Uprising is a story I came up with for a Batman Elseworld. Its based on the Dark Knight Returns...I will share more info about the storyline soon!Flash (Wally West) is one of the few heroes who still goes around in costume and a secret identity. He is becoming week from his body working so fast but is pushing through it due to the fact that he feels he has a duty to protect the inoccent!
