With Lexion and Vorian fully accessing the power of their Rider Belts, others soon found belts and came to help Earth. Lexion thought he, Vorian, Horax, Zellor and Deshra had wiped out Shocker, but they had refused to die. Now calling themselves, Deathtron, they plagued the world again This lead a time displaced King Jarrod of Edenia to look for the V3 belt in 1974. He found it in the Edenian portion of Outworld and escaped back to Earth before Shao Khan noticed his return. Using that, he soon took on the Deathtron after tutelage from Lexion and Vorian. While fighting Deathtron, Jarrod was attacked by a Zaterran named Dragon. Shao Khan had sent him to Earth to get the Rider Belt back. Jarrod, with the help of a female Zaterran named Tortoise, was able to convince Dragon that Jarrod was a hero. Both Dragon and Tortoise had been given Zaterran belts by the elders to stop the V3 Kamen Rider. Neither felt worthy of the ancient term Kamen Rider so they became Riderman and Ridergirl respectively. After a long fight, the three of them defeated Deathtron, almost at the cost of Dragon's life. Realizing that he couldn't just keep reviving Shocker, The Great Leader of Shocker started a new organization, the Government of Destruction. He left King Dark, a giant robot, in charge while he tried to find a way to gain more power and new followers. King Dark was opposed by a new Kamen Rider, Zoltar of Eltar who called himself Kamen Rider X. 1975 Kamen Rider X either alone, or on occasion with the help of the Riders, put down the Government of Darkness and ends in the destruction of King Dark. Looking for a powerful amulet given to Korcio on Phaedos, The Garanda Empire destroyed a village on Phaedos causing Korcio to escape to Earth. The Garanda Empire followed him led by Gorgos. Though Korcio fights angrily he is able to use the Rider Belt of Phaedos to become Kamen Rider Amazon along with his amulet, now in the form of an armlet. He fought and defeated Garanda and destroyed Gorgos alone in 1976. Then, in 1977 Reginald Ranor's adopted parents, Issac and Jessica Jordan from KO-36, took the Stronger Rider Belt and Tackle Rider Belt to help in the war against the Delza Army, now attacking Earth. The Delza Army had been sent by the mysterious leader of Shocker to fight against the Kerovans on KO-36, but were halted in their attack, so instead, they headed toward Earth. In the end, the two were joined by all the past Riders to stop the leader who revealed he had a hand in sending the other organizations to do his dirty work for him. He soon evolved into a giant Rock form ready to take the world with him. He also raised up all of his foot soldiers to attack. Lexion took Vorian, Jarrod, Dragon, Zoltar, Korcio, and Issac to go inside the leader and destroy him from the inside out. Deshra took Horax, Zellor, Tortoise and Jessica to stop the foot soldiers. Both accomplished their task and the Seven Legendary Riders were born.
