Penelope Pisces is ShineOrange of the Secondary Team of Prism Squadron: Shineranger.Penelope is a female 17-year-old fish who loves to swim. She also has a big appitite. After witnesing the Shinerangers transform, she is soon given the Orange Color stone, allowing her to become ShineOrange.
She is named after Pisces, the Fish constellation, with its symbol on her tank top.
