Your cat ate him? That's so horrible! Well, just don't have any hamsters then if you are going to have a cat.

Yeah, I learned my lesson. My new hamster, Sorrel, lives in a cage kept in a room, with locked doors. The cat was there first. We were on vacation.
Do you have any hamsters?

I saw Hammy in your pix. What kind of dwarf? Bram was a robo, and Sorrel is a syrrian.

I bet they're cute. I need to get some Sorrel pix on here. I lost my camera's cord . . .

Yeah, they are. I have pictures of them all in my gallery.
And that sucks that you lost your cord!

You could always just buy a new camera.

It's a really nice camera. It has different settings for different types of pictures. But I found the cord to another camera, so I just stick my card in that one and upload it. It works, so I'm good.

Yeah.
I should have named Sorrel Harriet Houdini. She escaped twice last night - she opened the cage door!
We had to put her in a fishtank (we cleaned it first.) Then, we had to duct tape the tank shut. She's got mad skills.

She's still able to breathe in there is she? I should take a picture of my hamster's cage to show you what it looks like.. we combined a habitrail and an aquarium fish tank together. we had a lid to the fish fish, and cut a hole in the corner of it, and had tubes from the habitrail going down in it, so she could climb in and out of the tank and into the habitrail.

I bet they have fun in there! We poked holes in the duct tape. Plus, there's already some holes for the oxygenator for the fish, not big enough for her to get out.
Do you have the xtreme cage? That's what Sorrel had, until we decided to put her in Superjail. Lol.

No, we use a cage called Habitrail. It's a really good cage!

Yeah, Sorrel had a habitrail too. I have a picture of her in her fishtank. It's in my gallery.
