You know, I think hair is one of the hardest things to do accurately in 3D, even for the pros with the high-end software. For single-frame renders, I would suggest looking at hair like a painter. Using a static hair model as a base for the render and refining the edges/textures in Photoshop can yield pretty good results.

I like her unique look...the wet skin texture is great, even if it gets a bit complicated by her ankle. Very photo-real, a real standout!

Hey thanks! Yeah there may be something up with the specular map at that part, I'll have to check. Matches up with reference photos I've seen for the most part, though. I'm trying to see how close to photo-real I can get, going forward.
