The 9th Screwdriver got "fizzled" in the begging of the third season of Doctor Who, when the Doctor increased the power of an X-Ray machine by 5000%.

Well I was calling the "9th" because I assumed it was the 9th variation. But after investigating further I found out that it was the 5th or "MARK V". I'll fix it in a little bit.
