I noticed there wasn't very much fanart of pre-arrest Cell 13 so I decided to draw someThis started out as a redraw of the pre-arres Nico from this: computermeltdown.deviantart.co… but I expanded it to the rest of Cell 13. Drawing Uno's braid was emotionally painful why must he have such long hair and why must it be braided hngggggggg
