Looks awesome, love the grim effect you have given to it.
But if I were to be the commissar, I wouldn't execute a guardsman with a bolt round, too expensive, a las-round will be better. xD

bur all commissars carry bolt pistols, except for....well, you know who that is.

well they can also carry plasma pistol's for thoses that like to play russian roulate. well the lord commisser's can game wise bolt pistols do better damage. fluff wise they want to be the center of attention so they use a loud gun that has some dakka.
