Actually TRRazor was close, but is was a V3 skin I remapped to V4. Miss April by Jennifer Morris (no longer available at Renderosity). I had to create my own specular map for it.

My guess is, either this: www.daz3d.com/wet-sweat-rain-f… (which is essentially a specular map applied over your own texture)
Or a custom specular map over a custom texture map.

Both are possible scenarios: Either way, you got the look quite right
