There are people in Arcen's universe that wear helmets most of the time. Think of it as a religious sort of thing minus the gods and stuff. The helmets are specially designed so you can eat through them if you so wanted to. as an added bonus, every helmet or mask is designed with an emotion emitter. Emotion emitters in short produce the eyes that you see on the helmets. They're not a minority in universe at all but they are definitely outnumbered by more average people.

Oh... I see, it look a bit weird all the time seeing them with helmet and people around acting normal.
