absolutely beautiful, as always. I adore the texture in this, it's rare to find that in a snowy piece.

You're too kind! I didn't realize just how much texture was there until I altered the saturation and lighting. The sky looked almost like it was going to storm. And that branch was too wild not to take a picture of!

Ooh!! I love all the contrast here! Usually I don't like black and white photos but the difference in noise/grain is AWESOME here in the grey sky vs the black..logs? vs the white snow. I also love how well the branches stand out against the sky. Lovely all around And quick question, did you add a charcoal effect/blurring to the logs at all? It looks really wicked awesome smooth and I was wondering if that was there already or something you did because I love it owo

All I really did was mess around with some noise and saturation and brightness settings. It has a lot more depth than just putting a noir effect on it. It captured the stormy sky much better than the original picture did. I like using a lot of negative, dead space in my pictures, and the tree limb made a lot of neat patterns that really went well with the feeling. I'm glad you like it!

Oooh, alright! Messing around with stuff is fun, it's usually when my best work comes out to shine XD;; And then I can never re-create the effect I made, but.. at least it's unique after that? Either way, no problem, this looks like something I'd buy to put on my wall if I was a fancy rich person and bought photos to put on walls!
